When you use our contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, your work email address, your organisation if you provide it, and the content of your message.

Our servers also keep short-lived technical logs, including IP address, for security and to limit abuse of the contact form. This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, to discuss possible projects, and to manage the business relationship that may follow.

Who processes it

We use trusted service providers for website hosting, security, and email delivery. They process data only on our instructions and under a written agreement. We do not sell your personal data.
